- Voice recordings are kept [VOICE RETENTION], only if you turn on Voice processing.
- You can see, correct, download or delete your data.
1What we collect
IN SHORTYour name, email, username, exam choice, lesson progress, XP and the packs you own.
We never see your full card or bank details. Stripe handles them.
2Why we use it
IN SHORTTo run your lessons, plan reviews, show leagues, take payment and answer your messages.
3Voice recordings
IN SHORTIf you turn on Voice processing, we turn your speech into text to score it or to answer you.
Recordings are deleted after [VOICE RETENTION]. Turn it off or delete them in Settings › Privacy.
5How long we keep it
IN SHORTVoice recordings: [VOICE RETENTION]. Tutor chats: [CHAT RETENTION], or sooner if you delete them.
When you delete your account we lock it at once and erase it after 7 days. Tax invoices are kept for 8 years, as the law asks.
6Your rights
IN SHORTYou can see, download, correct or delete your data, and nominate someone to act for you.
Use Settings › Privacy. We reply within 90 days.
7Children
IN SHORTAlpha Zulu Academy is not for anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
8Keeping it safe
IN SHORTYour data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only staff who need it can see it.
